Hi, I'm John, founder of Dunmow Computer Services, a local business helping home users and small businesses get the most from their technology. Whether your laptop has stopped working, your Wi-Fi keeps dropping out, your printer refuses to cooperate or you're simply looking for honest, jargon-free advice, I'm here to help.
Before founding Dunmow Computer Services, I spent more than twenty years delivering technology, software and business transformation projects for organisations ranging from small businesses to international companies. During that time I learned that successful technology isn't about buying more software—it's about solving real problems and making life easier for the people using it.

My goal is simple: to provide the kind of support I would want myself. That means turning up on time, explaining problems in plain English, recommending sensible solutions and never selling services or equipment that you don't need.
